Built in the late 1960s, the home already had great bones. Original pecky cypress paneling runs throughout, adding warmth and character that we were careful to preserve. Instead of stripping away its history, we used it as the backdrop for richer color, layered texture, and a more expressive point of view.

The renovation spans the main living spaces, lounge, cocktail bar, patio, and primary suite. A custom terrazzo bar, saturated wallcoverings, playful tile, and sculptural lighting bring personality to each room while creating a sense of continuity throughout the house.

As the project evolved, so did our clients' confidence. What started with a restrained palette became a home filled with color, texture, and a lot more fun. The result feels deeply personal, balancing the character of the original architecture with a fresh perspective that finally matches the people who live there.
